Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Confirmation
When you book an appointment with Get Set Glow, your booking will be automatically confirmed. However, I reserve the right to decline or cancel any booking that doesn't fit my policies or availability.
By completing a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. Deposits & Payments
A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.
The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment and can be paid by bank transfer or cash.
Prices are in GBP (£) and include all services as described at the time of booking.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give at least 24 hours' notice.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the loss of your deposit. This policy helps protect my time and allows other clients the opportunity to book.
To cancel or reschedule, please contact me directly as soon as possible.
4. No-Shows
If you fail to attend your appointment without any notice, this will be treated as a no-show and your deposit will not be refunded.
Repeated no-shows may result in being unable to book future appointments.
5. Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, let me know as soon as possible.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid disrupting other bookings. If you arrive significantly late, I may need to reschedule your appointment, and your deposit may be forfeited.
6. Patch Tests & Allergies
For certain treatments, particularly those involving makeup products or PMU (permanent makeup), a patch test may be required at least 24-48 hours before your appointment. I will let you know if this applies to your booking.
Please inform me of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment. Failure to disclose relevant information may affect the safety and outcome of your treatment.
7. Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend your appointment.
If you are unhappy with a completed service, please let me know as soon as possible so we can discuss your concerns. Refunds for completed services are offered at my discretion.
8. Home Salon Guidelines
Get Set Glow operates from a home salon in Wigan. Please respect the space as you would any professional environment.
The address will be provided once your booking is confirmed. Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early, and let me know if you have any difficulty finding the location.
9. Client Responsibilities
Please arrive with clean nails (free of polish or extensions) for nail appointments, unless otherwise advised.
For makeup appointments, please arrive with a clean, moisturised face unless instructed otherwise.
If you are feeling unwell or have any contagious conditions, please reschedule your appointment to protect both of us.
10. Liability
While I take every care to provide safe and professional treatments, Get Set Glow is not liable for any adverse reactions or dissatisfaction resulting from undisclosed allergies, medical conditions, or failure to follow aftercare advice.
By booking an appointment, you accept responsibility for providing accurate information about your health and any relevant conditions.
11. Your Privacy
Any personal information you provide is used solely for the purpose of managing your bookings and appointments.
Your data will not be shared with third parties and will be stored securely in accordance with UK data protection laws.
12. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available when booking. Continued use of my services means you accept any updated terms.
